SPOLANA, A.S. - CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ENERGY CENTRE FOR SPOLANA A.S

Subject of this project is construction of a new energy centre providing production of steam having required parameters for technological needs in SPOLANA, a.s.

In the new boiler house there are installed two steam boilers for steam production which burn natural gas. Power output of each boiler is 35 t / h of saturated steam at nominal steam pressure of 2.1 MPa (a).

Total steam power output of the boiler house is 70 t / h od saturated steam including own consumption of the boiler house. Structure of the boiler house facility is restricted to maximal heat input not exceeding 50 MWt.

Limiting condition of the proposed solution for the new boiler house is dealing with defined water level in the time of flooding . Based on the flooding level in the past the floor height of the new boiler house was defined as + 2 250 m.

SLOVINTEGRA ENERGY – S.R.O. – COMPLETE MECHANICAL DELIVERIES AND ASSEMBLY FOR PPC 80 MWE / TURBINE HALL, BOILER

Project of new PPC 80MWe construction consisted of complete implementation of mechanical-technological part in following division:

  • Combustion turbine with generator
  • Steam turbine with generator
  • Steam and condensate system – system of the main condensate, exchange station VS1 and steam reduction station and pipelines of steam-water cycle
  • System of raw water – spare tank 100m3, stainless interconnecting pipelines and pumps
  • Feed water system – feed water tank with degasifier, blowdown expander, start-up expander, 3pcs of feed water tanks, pipelines
  • Cooling water system – cooling towers, pumps, interconnecting pipelines
  • Compressed air system – compressors with drier, three air tanks and stainless interconnecting pipelines.

Project of PPC 58MWe construction for PPC ENERGY, a.s. consisted of complete implementation of mechanical-technological part in following division:

  • Set of combustion gas turbine including generator

  • Module of injection water and inlet of injection water
  • Compressed air system
